Job description

Customer service role handles dental patients phone calls for scheduling, inquiries, payments, etc. for a dental company located in the United States

.Responsibilities:

  • Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments and procedures.
  • Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.
  • Take 60+ calls per day and handle patient's needs, questions, scheduling, etc.
  • Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary.
  • Identifying any issues with the patient and solving inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • More than 1 year of US Healthcare experience (voice/blended account)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with medical billing is a plus.
  • Customer service skills and experience.
  • Good to Excellent English communication skills is a MUST.
  • Must be amenable to work in Night Shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
