KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist and support the company in day-to-day production > Printing > Fabrication > InstallationResponsible for handling Print Production, Its Finishes from Assembly, Mounting, Installation, and other tasks instructed by Production OfficerCollaborating with the production team to develop and implement effective production approach and timingEffectively communicates productivity rate, status of projects, potential concerns and may suggest action plans on how to address the concernAssist in mock-up creation especially on projects under fabrication / Perform other related errands under Production if required or neededAssist in Handling equipment / strictly following proper maintenance / Coordinate Supplier Schedule with Internal team for maintenance and troubleshootingMay also assist/support offsite activities for delivery and installationResponsible in recording and monitoring of materials / Safekeeping of assigned materialsTimely coordination of materials and consumables to purchasing and supply chain to ensure smooth/uninterrupted production operations for needed itemsCompliance to health and safety procedures, use of PPE, safe operation of equipment, machinery, tools and hazardous substancesSKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGEHigh School DiplomaExperience in Marketing Material Production and Creative ProjectsPreferably with experience handling basic machine and equipment (Large Format, Digital, etc)Creative, Hardworking and ResourcefulAccuracy and attention to detailsGood communication, coordination and teamwork skillsKnowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measuresComputer Literate 8.
