Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:


• Conduct accreditation process for subcontractors


• Facilitate ocular visits for project evaluation and readiness


• Source, screen, and evaluate potential vendors/subcontractors


• Validate Purchase Orders (PO) in alignment with project requirements


• Coordinate and oversee Bill of Quantities (BOQ) signing


• Handle contract documentation and ensure completeness of agreements


• Secure and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)


• Lead commercial and price negotiations with subcontractors


• Monitor and resolve project-related issues; implement risk control measures


• Organize and participate in meetings with subcontractors and project teams


• Maintain and manage a pool of available resources


• Handle Approval to Deploy (ATD) for both services and materials


• Monitor deployment schedules and manage idle teams


• Coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure alignment and performance


• Track and follow up on PRF (Purchase Request Form) items placed on hold


• Update and monitor subcontractor payment milestones


• Endorse qualified subcontractors to the project team for deployment


• Resolve conflicts and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements between all parties


• Review and understand project specifications, scopes of work, and timeline.

Qualification:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.


• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Required skill(s): negotiation, contract documentation, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
