Job Summary:

The Tool Keeper is responsible for the safekeeping, issuance, monitoring, and proper maintenance of all tools and equipment used by the site or department. Ensures that all tools are accounted for, in good condition, and properly stored.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized and updated inventory of all tools and equipment.
  • Issue and receive tools to/from workers and ensure proper documentation.
  • Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of tools to ensure usability and safety.
  • Monitor tool movement and ensure tools are returned on time and in good condition.
  • Report missing, damaged, or defective tools to the supervisor immediately.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of tools and equipment.
  • Assist in the procurement or repair requests for tools when necessary.
  • Enforce tool issuance policies and ensure accountability of users.
  • Keep the tool room clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or vocational course in related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or toolkeeping work.
  • Basic knowledge of construction or mechanical tools.
  • Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
