As a Business Control Staff at ACOM, you will play a crucial role focusing on performing Business Control activities such as Quality Control, Operation Monitoring and Business Process Improvement.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Regularly listening to recorded customer service calls to assess performance against established quality metrics
  • Analyzing data from call monitoring to identify recurring issues or areas where training may be needed, and reporting these insights to management.
  • Delivering targeted coaching to staff based on their performance evaluations, focusing on skill development and addressing specific areas of concern.
  • Generating detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service quality.
  • Reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of existing internal controls to identify weaknesses or areas for improvement.
  • Identifying potential business risks, evaluating their likelihood and impact, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to enhance control effectiveness.
  • Preparing reports on control deficiencies, risk assessments, and compliance issues for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder of any course, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Process Control but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in client relations or sales in a corporate setting, exposure on marketing, customer service, and clerical activities is a must.
  • Handled identical loan application system from the previous company.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willing to report to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
  • Can start ASAP.
