Key Responsibility:

  • Load and unload products accurately and safely from trucks, containers and warehouse staging areas
  • Ensure that items being loaded match the dispatch list or delivery documents in terms of quantity, products code, and condition.
  • Handle goods with care, especially frozen and chilled items, to maintain cold chain standards
  • Follow proper stacking and placement procedures to prevent product damage.
  • Coordinate with checkers and pickers to ensure all items are complete before dispatch
  • Use warehouse tools and equipment properly (pallet jack, hand truck) when handling goods
  • Observe all safety and sanitations policies inside the warehouse
  • Report any damages, discrepancies or unsafe conditions to the Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in loading and staging areas

Qualifications:

  • At least High school Graduate or equivalent
  • Preferably with experience in warehouse loading/ unloading or cold storage operations
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting and work in cold environments
  • Basic understanding of warehouse documentations is an advantage
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends or holidays as required.
