  • You have 2+ years of customer support experience, confidently managing customer interactions across email, SMS, and phone. You're a strong communicator who balances professionalism with empathy, always putting the customer first.
  • You thrive in fastpaced environments, multitasking across platforms while staying detailoriented. You're collaborative, resilient under pressure, and able to deliver consistent results while working independently.
  • You're comfortable handling ad hoc tasks, following up with customers or loaders, and even assisting with basic sales when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide customer support across email, SMS, and phone channels
  • Handle ad hoc tasks such as calling customers or loaders to ensure order completion
  • Assist with basic sales transactions (10 items or fewer)
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in required systems
  • Collaborate with the team to meet campaign goals and maintain service excellence
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional communication across all touchpoints
