Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Treasury Intern to assist with routine clerical and administrative tasks in the Treasury department. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain entry-level experience in a corporate finance setting, with a focus on supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and update spreadsheets with financial and banking information
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records related to treasury activities
  • Assist with preparing and formatting treasury reports and documents
  • Help process and track bank account forms, signatures, and internal paperwork
  • Support the team by scanning, filing, and archiving documents
  • Follow up on routine requests with internal departments or external banking contacts
  • Perform general office tasks such as printing, emailing, and scheduling as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (any major welcome, business-related preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and care
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn
