Job Brief

This is an exciting opportunity for a treasury professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is skilled in structuring sophisticated FX and derivative products to help clients manage currency, interest rate, and liquidity risks effectively.

The Treasury Sales Officer will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing FX, derivatives, and other treasury products for the banks corporate and institutional clients.

Responsibilities
  • Execute client FX and derivative transactions, including forwards, swaps, options, and structured solutions tailored to corporate risk management objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate and institutional clients, providing expert advice on treasury products and market trends.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across treasury, liquidity, and investment products to drive revenue growth and deepen client engagement.
  • Conduct market analysis and client portfolio reviews, offering insights and recommendations on hedging, yield enhancement, and cash management strategies.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Treasury Trading teams to deliver seamless client service and customized financial solutions.
  • Contribute to product development initiatives, supporting the launch and marketing of new treasury offerings in line with global standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, KYC, AML, and global best practices in treasury operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury sales, preferably with exposure to corporate and institutional clients in an international or top-tier local bank.
  • Strong understanding of foreign exchange (spot, forward, and swaps), interest rate derivatives, and structured treasury solutions.
  • Solid grasp of risk management concepts, market pricing, and product structuring.
  • Must be a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex market information into actionable client insights.
  • Highly driven, analytical, and client-focused professional with a track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
