About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to support commercial electrical construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, supporting planning activities, analyzing project requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is a full-time remote position ideal for someone who can manage multiple bids, collaborate with vendors and project teams, and deliver accurate work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare full estimates for commercial electrical projects on schedule.

• Create conceptual estimates from limited information to support early project planning.

• Identify and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and electrical trade partners.

• Maintain organized estimating files and historical cost databases.

• Evaluate project requirements to determine electrical cost impacts.

• Review project documentation to identify scope changes and develop pricing.

• Support field operations by assisting with change order pricing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of electrical estimating experience (experience with $1M+ projects preferred, but strong applications below that level are welcome).

• Proficiency with estimating software systems.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and relevant terminology.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam experience is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
