ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in various industries requiring metal fabrication services.

· Understand and assess client requirements, propose suitable fabrication solutions, and prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals.

· Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

· Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly translated into production specifications.

· Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, including site visits, technical advice, and problem resolution.

· Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

· Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity documentation to management.

· Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met or exceeded.

· Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, preferably in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing.

SKILLS

· Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes (e.g., cutting, bending, welding, finishing, etc.).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

· Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with CAD software is an advantage.

· Customer-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

· Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.
