Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Purchase Request
  • Prepare Request for Payment and attach the necessary attachments.
  • Encode the comparison of Bill of Materials
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and COOP and request for documents needed for RFP
  • Follow up the approval of RFP and release of payments to subcon
  • In charge of the issuance of Petty Cash and prepare the liquidation
  • Prepare As-Built vs. Bill of Quantities each site.
  • Prepare the inventory report (MRF/Returned Materials/Received Materials) of Visayas Team.
  • Prepare and consolidate overall project status reports (overall tracker) by collecting, analyzing, coordinating and monitoring the progress of each site
  • Apply and coordinate with electric companies, if necessary
  • Other Administrative work (checking emails, filing closed out documents, and coordinating with other project coordinators)

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate with related course
  • With Good to Excellent Communication skills
  • Familiar with electrical tools/equipment.
  • Willing to work in Makati from Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
