Job Description:

As a Logistics and Fulfillment Officer, you will be an integral part of our supply chain team responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of automotive parts and products. You will play a vital role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure on-time order fulfillment while minimizing excess stock.
  • Order Processing: Process incoming orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of parts and products.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and conduct quality checks as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve order-related issues promptly.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Oversee shipping and receiving operations, including documentation and coordination with carriers.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in logistics and fulfillment operations within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
