JOB DESCRIPTION

We are expanding Join our talented team to develop your career and gain valuable experience with a leading global forwarding company. We are currently looking for a Junior Office Associate to support our Sea & Air Operations, Pricing, and Accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting, Pricing, and Operations teams to ensure accurate data and smooth workflows.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks to support the team's efficiency.

Note: This is a training-oriented, entry-level position designed to develop the candidate into a skilled professional in global forwarding operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Recent graduate or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Foreign Trade, International Trade, Business Administration, or Economics & Administrative Sciences; 1-2 years of office/operations experience is a plus
  • Eager to learn and quickly adapt to forwarder and global logistics operations
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Interested in pricing, accounting, and operations processes
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Team player, solution-oriented, and responsible
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic, multi-tasking work environment
