DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executing store activities and compliance to SOP's and achieving goal targets.
  • Conducting performance appraisal of employees on quarterly intervals.
  • Preparing reports related to sales and inventory in accurate timely manner.
  • Maintaining sales plan and inventory replenishment stocks.
  • Regulating tasks and ensuring staff achieve maximum efficiency and productive in their jobs addressing a customer concerns and questions and providing the maximum customer service to all customers, including good upsell and promotion of products.
  • Training staff on set skills of the job, not limited to Store SOP's, product, brand profile and selling skills.
  • Developing staff and carrying out disciplinary action as applicable.
