  • Responsible for posting job openings thru sourcing channel such as Indeed, Jobstreet and Social Medias.

  • Coordinates with Headhunters and/or Handles and communicates with Manpower Agencies.

  • Attends to Job Fair conducted by PESO and Universities or other organizations accredited by DOLE.

  • Conduct internal hiring as needed.

  • Coordinates with PESO Offices, Universities in the locality on the job vacancies and onsite hiring schedules.

· Recommends recruitment strategies to reach the target market.

  • Assists in manpower planning in relation to the projection of present and anticipated manpower requirements in quantitative and qualitative terms.

  • Administers pre-employment examination and ensures the strict confidentiality of the recruitment materials and examination results.

  • Prepare and update job descriptions in coordination with concerned Department Heads.

  • Conducts applicant sourcing, pre-qualification, initial interviews.

  • Recommends qualified applicants for key position and internal applicants to Hiring Managers

  • Conducts background checking and reference checking of applicants

  • Inform the applicants about the results of their applications (for further interview, failed, for requirements)

  • Negotiate pay and salary package.

  • Accepts Recruitment Conforme from Franchisee to process sourcing and hiring.

  • Monitors the personnel request of every department to ensure no duplication.

  • Ensures that the qualified applicants complied with the pre-employment requirements prior to deployment. Complete government mandated numbers before encoding to system. Ensure data privacy on all documents being submitted.

  • Coordinates with Department Heads, Restaurant Managers in relation to their request and deployment of manpower.

  • Endorse hired employee for New Employee Orientation and Training.

  • Update HR Forms related to Recruitment as needed.

  • Monitor Probationary Employees and remind Department Heads of Regularization date. Prepare regularization contract.

  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate head or the Management from time to time such as, but not limited to, timekeeping and drafting of memo/announcements.
