  • Search and identify bidding opportunities through PhilGEPS and hospital procurement channels.
  • Prepare complete bid documents including eligibility, technical, and financial components.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Logistics teams for bid requirements.
  • Attend pre-bid conferences, bid openings, and other procurement activities.
  • Maintain updated bid trackers, documentation files, and compliance records.
  • Communicate with suppliers for costing, pricing, and product certifications.
  • Ensure all submissions meet RA 9184 procurement guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in bidding or government procurement is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with medical equipment, devices, or healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple bids.
