Job Summary:

The Senior Tender Analyst (Global) is responsible for managing, analyzing, and coordinating global tender and bid processes to ensure competitive, compliant, and high-quality submissions. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams across regions—including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal—to deliver winning tender proposals that align with company strategy and global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process for global bids, from opportunity identification to submission and post-bid evaluation.
  • Analyze tender requirements, terms, and pricing structures to ensure compliance and commercial competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Legal) to gather data and prepare complete and accurate proposals.
  • Review and interpret complex bid documents, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company policies.
  • Prepare pricing models, cost breakdowns, and profitability analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Identify risks, deviations, and commercial impacts associated with tender submissions.
  • Maintain and update a global tender tracker and database for performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in bid quality, processes, and tools.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support regional teams in tender management best practices.
  • Support global pricing strategy development and provide insights on market trends, competitors, and tender performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in tender management, bid analysis, or contracts administration, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial, financial, and contractual terms in international tenders.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
