  1. Undertakes marketing/promotion of Cocofinance programs to prospective clients in the area of assignment by attending meeting initiated with prospective clients; general assemblies; conducting marketing for a/orientation or roadshows; and disseminating marketing letters/info materials on Cocofinance programs and requirement.

  2. Assist the clients in meeting the accreditation criteria by evaluating applications, conducting credit and background investigation and making sound recommendations.

  3. Facilities client request for availment, renewal or upgrade of credit lines by assessing the submitted documents to ensure eligibility for loans.

  4. Maintains the account and ensure the collection of payments for amortization due and monitors the loan status regularly. Prepare and sends timely collections/billings/ demand letters to conduits/UCFDC direct borrowers.

  5. Makes periodict field inspection to validate, evaluate, monitor the status and performance of ongoing programs or projects, and identify/recommend measures that are corrective helpful for improved programs/project performance.

  6. Familiarizes self with the conduit loan practices and technologies and ensures their compliance to UCFDC terms/policies and guidelines.

  7. Provides technical, marketing consultancy services to clients by providing appropriate recommendations on the organizational and business operation of the client.

  8. Establishes and sustains good rapport/ relation and due coordination with conduits and partner agencies.

  9. Assist and facilitates conduct of credit trainings being provides particularly Credit Management that includes a trial dry-drum of conduits lending operations prior to actual/initial fund release.

  10. Prepares monthly accomplishment reports required of the job for review an endorsement of immediate superior.

  11. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by superior.

  12. Willing to be assigned in Cabanatuan.
