JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Define social media KPIs and track progress toward targets.
  • Conduct platform research, competitor benchmarking, and audience profiling to support strategic planning.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create, curate, and publish original, high-quality content (text, images, videos) across social media platforms.
  • Work closely with the creatives and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Maintain and update the social media content calendar to support campaigns and key initiatives.

Community Management

  • Monitor social platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with users to build strong online communities.
  • Actively manage brand presence on different social media platforms.
  • Support the management of user-generated content and help uphold the brand's online reputation.

Advertising & Paid Media

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring paid social campaigns.
  • Help manage advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective results.
  • Coordinate with the performance marketing team for integrated campaign support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience managing or supporting social media activities for brands or agencies.
  • Basic portfolio showcasing social media posts, content, or campaigns.
  • Good understanding of major social platforms and their best practices.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
