It is a family business owned company headed by Vernon Go as the Chairman and Happee Sy-Go, his wife, as the CEO. Mainly, it is engaged in publishing, promotions, concert production, digital marketing, recording, distribution and importation. PULP LIVE WORLD is also the publisher of PULP Magazine which was founded as the official music magazine of Tower Records Philippines. PULP LIVE WORLD opened Groovy Garden Studios to service various local artist recording needs.

Sales & Ticketing Operations Officer
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Information Technology, or any related courses.
Work Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within app development, the IT industry, or similar technology-driven projects.
- Experience in ticketing operations, sales systems, or event management is highly desirable.
- Manage daily sales and ticketing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
- Utilize industry platforms (e.g., SM Tickets, Ticketnet, or similar systems) to process and monitor transactions.
- Handle and reconcile cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
- Analyze ticketing data to generate actionable insights and performance reports.
- Maintain precise documentation, reports, and audit trails for all transactions and system activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve system errors, booking conflicts, and customer concerns promptly.
- Support system testing, data validation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide operational support during major events, ensuring smooth on-site and online ticketing experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
- Proficiency in:
-Ticketing platforms (SM Tickets, Ticketnet, or equivalent)\
Microsoft Office Suite and email applications
Data entry, reporting tools, and documentation systems
Comfortable learning and adapting to new software quickly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Calm, efficient, and professional in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during major concert events.
Preferred Certifications
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent business analysis credentials.
Availability
- Can start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
