Branch Manager
Rebel Bakehouse is looking for a Purchaser& Errands Personnel for Baguio City branch with the following responsibilities:
Purchasing & Errands
- Source and purchase supplies, raw materials, and other items from markets, groceries, or partner stores.
- Conduct supplier follow-ups to ensure order accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Verify that purchased and delivered items meet required specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Run errands, including but not limited to item pick-ups, deliveries, and inter-branch transfers.
- Coordinate with all teams for daily or weekly stock requests.
- Handle urgent market runs and ensure items are delivered to branches as scheduled.
- Maintain updated contact information and relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Assist in securing price quotations, canvassing, and purchase approvals from management when required.
Inventory Monitoring & Dispatch
- Monitor stock levels of consumables, packaging, and raw ingredients to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate stock dispatches between branches, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
- Record all stock-in and stock-out transactions accurately in logbooks or digital records.
- Report low-stock alerts or discrepancies to the designated department.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and monthly reconciliations.
Administrative Tasks
- Submit and file all purchase receipts, liquidation forms, and expense reports on time.
- Maintain an organized filing system for purchase orders, receipts, and supplier records.
- Update supplier lists and basic inventory records as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments for small admin tasks or errands.
- Support in documentation and communication related to purchasing and logistics.
Ad Hoc Duties
- Support other operational or administrative needs as directed by management.
- Assist in special projects, events, or company-wide activities when needed.
- Provide flexibility in shifting between errands, purchasing, and administrative work depending on daily priorities.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling company documents or funds.
