About the Role

CLI Property Management is looking for a highly competent and values-driven Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the sustainable financial health of our growing property management portfolio. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and compliance, coupled with integrity and agility to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Accounting

  • Lead end-to-end general accounting functions, including monthly closing, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls for all financial processes.

Taxation

  • Manage tax planning, filing, and compliance across all applicable national and local taxes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of tax returns and related reports.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies on tax audits and reviews.
  • Monitor updates in tax regulations and recommend action steps for compliance.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Oversee compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other regulatory requirements relevant to property management operations.
  • Ensure timely renewals of business permits, licenses, and statutory filings.
  • Maintain complete and compliant financial/administrative documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications

Core Competencies

  • Proven experience in general accounting (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Strong background in taxation, including filings and audit handling.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for corporate or property management environments.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA license is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in people and accounting management.
  • Experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
