Job Summary

The Finance Intern will assist the Finance Department in day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, data entry, report preparation, and documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in financial management, exposure to real-world accounting practices, and the opportunity to work closely with seasoned finance professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents and reports.
  • Help with data entry and updating accounting systems.
  • Support the reconciliation of financial statements and records.
  • Assist with monthly expense tracking and financial audits.
  • Aid in preparing budget summaries and financial analysis.
  • Maintain orderly filing of financial documents (digital and/or physical).
  • Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from your school.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited internship course.
  • Must submit an official endorsement letter from your school.
  • Must be an undergraduate student (currently pursuing a degree).
