About the role

As a Stockman for Alberto Shoes Corporation, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized department store. This full-time position is responsible for receiving, sorting, and storing merchandise to ensure product availability and an exceptional in-store experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving and unpacking shipments of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory counts

  • Organizing and storing products in designated areas following established procedures

  • Replenishing sales floor stock as needed to maintain optimal merchandise levels

  • Assisting with inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate records

  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure products are displayed and presented effectively

  • Adhering to all company policies and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail stockroom or warehouse environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items
