Brief Description

Stockman are responsible to the receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and assist in shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the store.

Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinate with Purchasing Personnel regarding the update in inventory


• Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and co-workers in regards to discrepancies


• Assist in shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise


• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area


• Responsible in the monitoring and control of inventories of products in the warehouse storage.


• Responsible to submit reports such as purchasing inventory, etc.


• Responsible to maintain the cleanliness and safe working environment in the accountable areas to optimize space utilization


• Responsible for receiving the purchased factory supplies and other warehouse stock materials


• Responsible to Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards


• Responsible for the accuracy of inventory report


• Responsible for the preparation of materials to be used in store

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must have an inventory background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Can start ASAP
