POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the management of facility maintenance activities, including periodic maintenance, repair of equipment, support building architectural, HVAC, electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical (preferred) / Mechanical Engineering
  • Must be a Licensed Engineer
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a building engineer or in a similar role (preferably in office/commercial buildings)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Checks and monitors the physical condition, general upkeep; cleanliness of the building, its surroundings, and its facilities.
  • Provides direction and training of new engineers/technicians for the familiarization of building operation and maintenance.
  • Conducts regular building inspection and preparing reports.
  • Ensures facilities are in compliance with company ISO 9001 policies, regulations, and building codes.
  • Responds to inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolving any problems or issues.

Pay: Php38, Php45,000.00 per month
