We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Personalisation (Interaction Studio), and Loyalty Cloud environments. The role will work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to deliver automated, customer-centric experiences that drive engagement and ROI.

The main responsibilities of a FULL STACK DEVELOPER include:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Personalisation (Interaction Studio), and Loyalty Cloud solutions.
  • Build, optimize, and manage customer journeys, automations, and integrations across lifecycle programs.
  • Implement data extensions, APIs, and custom scripts to support segmentation and personalization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to enhance campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Ensure system stability, scalability, and data security within Salesforce environments.
  • Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting, training, and sharing best practices.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

Non-Negotiable:

  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
  • Experience with Personalisation (Interaction Studio) and Loyalty Cloud.

Desirable:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant.

Experience Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with emphasis on Marketing Cloud.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Personal Characteristics / Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying solutions.
