The Email Specialist plays a key role in supporting dusk Australia's business strategy by executing effective email and SMS communication campaigns. This position manages campaign production, testing, reporting, and ensures seamless collaboration across creative, eCommerce, and other internal teams to drive engagement and results.

The main responsibilities of a EMAIL SPECIALIST include:

  • Manage day-to-day production and execution of email and SMS campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
  • Produce and manage creative briefs aligned with campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure timely approvals and alignment across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure content and asset availability.
  • Partner with the eCommerce team to integrate campaigns across digital touchpoints.
  • Support the production of weekly performance reports, analyzing campaign metrics and providing actionable insights.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

Non-Negotiable:

  • Proven experience executing email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience reporting and analyzing campaign performance metrics.

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience with AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Personalization and Data Cloud.
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance considerations.t

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Educational Attainment

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
