Inside Sales Agent

Job Summary:
We seek a driven Inside Sales Agent to generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach. You'll cold call, email, and text prospects (using provided scripts), set appointments, and nurture past leads via CRM management. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at converting real estate/platform leads (Zillow, RedFin, etc.) into booked appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls (script provided) to qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Prospect daily via calls/emails/texts using real estate platforms (Zillow, RedFin, etc.)
- Convert social media inquiries into appointments
- Update and maintain CRM records with lead statuses/notes
- Nurture past leads through follow-ups and query resolution
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident phone presence
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails daily
- Detail-oriented and organized, especially in maintaining accurate lead notes and statuses
Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
