Position Overview:

As a Receiving Supervisor, you will manage daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service. You'll lead the team, oversee inventory, and coordinate with management to meet targets and maintain True Value's high standards.

Job description

1. MERCHANDISE DISPLAY & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

- Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed by the approved store visual standards.

2. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

- Maintains appropriate stock levels in the store.

- Monitors and analyzes merchandise movement and recommends appropriate actions for slow-moving items.

3. SHRINKAGE

- Ensures that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.

- Ensures accuracy of JDA inventory.

- Minimize store losses and pilferages and recommend possible solutions to arrest such.

4. REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Maximize the use of available resources (JDA/server).
  • Prepare and submit the required reports on time.

5. OTHERS

  • Perform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
Minimum Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu
