The POC Leader provides senior-level oversight across three key teams—Data Entry, Field Auditors, and Staff Accountants—ensuring quality output, strong leadership, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. The role blends people management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities by TeamData Entry Team

  • Coach and support Team Lead on staff performance and workflow
  • Monitor KPIs: accuracy, rework rate, turnaround time
  • Address errors, optimize workflows, and safeguard data handling
  • Conduct 1-on-1s, onboarding, and skills training

Field Auditors

  • Align with the Team Lead on audit processes and issues
  • Review flagged inconsistencies and operational gaps
  • Set benchmarks for audit performance and adjust checklists
  • Train, mentor, and guide the team on reporting and escalation handling

Staff Accountants

  • Oversee month-end and quarter-close processes
  • Ensure accuracy in reports and reconciliations
  • Review audit results, coach leads, and resolve financial variances
  • Support staff development and maintain compliance standards

Cross-Functional DutiesPeople Development & Culture

  • Lead performance calibrations and quarterly reviews
  • Approve and initiate skills training and job rotation
  • Identify and mentor high-potential team members

Strategic Alignment & Process Optimization

  • Ensure department goals match client/project deliverables
  • Suggest headcount/system changes and drive automation
  • Collaborate with IT on system access and improvements

Reporting, Quality & Compliance

  • Consolidate reports for leadership review
  • Define metrics and standards for audit and error tracking
  • Liaise with internal departments and enforce data privacy policies
