About the role

As a Web & Graphic Designer at Complete Business Online Inc., you'll play a key role in delivering visually stunning and user-friendly designs that elevate our clients' digital presence. This full-time position involves crafting compelling solutions across websites, marketing collateral and more.

What you'll be doing

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring adherence to specifications.

  • Create digital assets including logos, icons, web banners, social media graphics and EDMs.

  • Produce animated content with After Effects, as required.

  • Design print marketing materials, including business cards, flyers, brochures and packaging etc.

  • Prepare design assets for web development and contribute to sitemap and wireframe creation.

  • Provide detailed design notes and reasoning to developers, explaining UI/UX decisions.

  • Participate in Design QA, providing constructive feedback.

  • Proactively share insights and recommend updates to design tools, standards, and best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Has Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Animation or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in UI, Web and Graphic Design preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and visual solutions for web and mobile.

  • Proficiency in wireframing, visual design and responsive, mobile-first design.

  • Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

  • Skilled in After Effects for motion graphics and animation.

  • Knowledge of current web trends and technologies.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and design collaboration platforms.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and tools, such as

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate brand guidelines into visually appealing designs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Experience with Webflow is preferred.
