JOB SUMMARY

Provide graphic design support to the company across multiple platforms including print, web and social media.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assists the Marketing Communications and other departments with graphic design and layout needs.

· Conceptualizes, designs and produces promotional material such as flyers, ads, brochures, posters, presentations, social media posts, and the like.

· Conceptualizes, designs and produces final layout of company's reports, investment document, presentations to investors, newsletter and the like.

· Understand creative directions and communications objectives as required and transform them into innovative design

· Responsible in designing and managing designs from conceptualization to realization

· Prepare files for printing and assist in production

· Responsible for timely delivery of services and solutions with professionalism and quality at all times

· Responsible for ensuring that brand specifications are followed and implemented for any form of collateral.

· Coordinate with printing suppliers

· Maintain an image bank and an organized filing system for all the company graphics

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

A. Education - Should be a graduate of Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or a similar course

B. Work Experience - At least 1 year experience working in the same capacity / position;

Preferably has experience working as Graphic Artist in the hotel or hospitality industry. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.

· Proficient with MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

· Photography skills / experience a plus with good English communications skills and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
