The Web and Graphic Designer Associate will support the design and maintenance of digital and print materials that promote the mission and initiatives of the Philanthropic and Development Office. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for storytelling through design and a desire to contribute to a purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing digital and print materials including brochures, newsletters, event invitations, infographics, reports, and social media graphics.
  • Support the development and maintenance of web pages, ensuring accessibility, functionality, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create donor engagement materials, including impact reports and fundraising campaign assets.
  • Prepare visual content for email campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the organization's mission and values.
  • Provide general administrative and creative support to the communications and development teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).
  • Strong eye for design, typography, color, and layout.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Interest in nonprofit work, philanthropy, or social impact is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Photography or video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or donor management tools.

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
