WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Graphic Designer with leadership capabilities to manage design teams and provide innovative visual solutions. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design skills and the ability to inspire a team of creative professionals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Produce visual assets that communicate our brand message across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create engaging designs.
  • Design graphics for web pages, banners, social media, email campaigns, and corporate materials.
  • Use design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) effectively.
  • Refine designs through team collaboration and secure approvals for production.
  • Adapt designs for different formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Bring innovative ideas to keep our visual content current and compelling.
  • Understand and apply brand guidelines to all creative work.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Evaluate team performance and assist in setting career goals and metrics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 3-5 years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Experience with social media content creation and design processes.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual skills.
  • Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and web design is a plus.
  • Stay updated with latest design trends and technologies.
