We're hiring Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team

If you have at least 1 year of BPO customer service experience, strong English communication skills, and are willing to work onsite on a night shift, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What you'll do:

  • Provide excellent customer support to US & Canada clients
  • Handle inbound calls and emails (with chat and social media support coming soon)
  • Assist customers with orders, account inquiries, refunds, and subscriptions
  • Resolve concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ year BPO Customer Service/Client Support experience in a BPO setting.
  • College graduate (Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related fields
  • Tech-savvy (MS Office, G Suite, CS tools like RingCX, Slack)
  • Reliable, organized, customer-focused, and a strong team player
  • Willing to work onsite, night shift, including weekends & PH/US holidays
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
