QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience : At least one (1) year of relevant experience
  • Training : Four (4) hours of training on Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Eligibility : RA 1080
  • Skills: Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office; Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports; In-depth understanding of construction, material, pricing, and industry; Proficient in the use of CAD software.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Statement of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Estimates the quantity, costs of materials, and other bidding document requirements.
  • Performs market study of construction materials.
  • Performs overall quality control of the work and reports regularly on project status.
  • Monitors project progress, compliance with design specifications, and safety standards.
  • Filing and archiving project and office documents.
  • Assists in proper file organization and backups for CAD files generated by PMD personnel.
  • Performs other related tasks and duties.
