As a Cold Calling Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for schools interested in improving their operations. Using provided scripts, training, and lead lists, you'll connect with school decision-makers and schedule product demos — focusing on building relationships rather than hard selling.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional outbound calls to Non-Public Schools across multiple states using provided lead lists.

  • Build rapport with school administrators, principals, and decision-makers.

  • Navigate past front office staff to reach key stakeholders.

  • Identify prospects genuinely interested in learning about the SIS solution.

  • Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.

  • Make calls within school hours (before 3 PM) to maximize connection rates.

  • Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and prospect interactions.

  • Collaborate with management for coaching, feedback, and performance optimization.

  • Follow proven scripts while adapting to individual school needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence.

  • Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales preferred.

  • Familiarity with US, UK, or Australian markets and business cultures.

  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection professionally.

  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on helping rather than hard selling.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, professional work environment.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while maintaining communication with management.
