What you'll do

Assist in implementing and maintaining the organization's IT Compliance Framework. Monitor status of compliance activities and follow through on pending action items or submissions. Maintain organized documentation of IT policies, risk registers, control matrices, and audit evidence.

Support the preparation and scheduling of IT compliance-related meetings, reviews, and workshops. Lead the day-to-day administration and maintenance of IT compliance systems, including dashboards, evidence repositories, control trackers, and policy libraries. Conduct vendor assessments for new or existing compliance-related tools or platforms (e.g., risk registers, audit management tools, monitoring dashboards), ensuring alignment with internal IT, Security, and Regulatory requirements.

Support the formulation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for new system implementations or enhancements, in coordination with the IT Compliance Officer and relevant stakeholders. Track end-to-end system implementation lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution evaluation to UAT, deployment, and post-implementation reviews. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., IT, Security, Data) and third-party vendors for configuration updates, access control, and system issues.

Maintain version control, data integrity, and change logs across all compliance documentation and system-generated outputs. Ensure that compliance systems are up-to-date, audit-ready, and capable of supporting regulatory submissions, control monitoring, and incident management workflows. Propose and implement process improvements or lightweight automation to enhance the efficiency and reliability of compliance tracking tools.

Gather and organize required evidence and documentation for internal and external audits. Support in drafting or formatting IT-related regulatory submissions. Track and follow up on audit findings and remediation plans in coordination with the IT Compliance Officer.

Maintain a repository of recurring reports, templates, and compliance trackers. Assist in conducting initial fact-finding or data gathering for internal investigations. Document investigative steps and coordinate with relevant technical teams for log or evidence requests.

Help compile summaries and timelines for compliance officer review. Extract and organize compliance-related data to support monitoring, reporting, and decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards or trackers for policy review cycles, incident trends, and audit status.

Highlight compliance trends, recurring issues, or delays in action items for escalation. What we expect from you

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

At least 1–2 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, IT risk, or general compliance support

Exposure to regulatory environments (BSP) and IT frameworks is an advantage

Experience in supporting documentation-heavy or cross-functional roles is a plus

Basic SQL skills or comfort working with structured datasets

Familiarity with dashboards or BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Databricks) is a plus

Working knowledge of IT systems such as access control platforms, log management tools, or documentation repositories

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills

Reliable, responsive, and able to manage time effectively

Clear communicator, both written and verbal, especially in coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proactive in identifying issues or delays and escalating to the IT Compliance Officer when necessary
