Job Objective:

Responsible for hitting sales and collection targets by creating and building customer relationships. Do sales and marketing activities, prospecting, client visitations, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and prospects B2B customers (restaurants, stores, meat shops, etc) within the assigned area.

  • Presents and promotes company products to prospective clients (visits, calls on online prospects).

  • Takes orders and monitors the delivery.

  • Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships.

  • Address customers' complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  • Do collection activities and remittance on the same.

  • Ensures targets are met and reports any deviations.

  • Communicates important feedback from customers.

Job Requirements:

  • With or without experience. (Training will be provided.)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven.

  • A team player with a high level of dedication.

  • Can work independently and hit the targets.

  • Can work even during holidays and night shift.

  • Has a smartphone and knows basic MS Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
