About the role

Join our dynamic team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. This full-time, virtual role will allow you to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and managing inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Listening to customer concerns, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  4. Documenting customer interactions and updates in the company's CRM system
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  6. Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with company policies, products, and services

What we're looking for

  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  4. Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  5. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the moving and logistics industry
  6. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help others
