Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions
  • Conduct product presentations, system walkthroughs, and solution demonstrations to potential clients
  • Prepare pre-sales documents including proposals, presentations, technical briefs, and cost estimates
  • Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), RFIs, and client inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client needs
  • Support solution design, implementation planning, and handover to the delivery team
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, digital solutions, and industry trends relevant to supply chain, procurement, and business systems
  • Maintain accurate records of client engagements and pre-sales activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution consulting is an advantage
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of technology solutions (e.g., software platforms, cloud solutions, ERP, data analytics, or digital tools)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for clients
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with solution demos, client pitching, or technical documentation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal tools
  • Understanding of supply chain, procurement, training platforms, or enterprise solutions is a plus
