Pre-Sales Executive, Technology Solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions
- Conduct product presentations, system walkthroughs, and solution demonstrations to potential clients
- Prepare pre-sales documents including proposals, presentations, technical briefs, and cost estimates
- Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), RFIs, and client inquiries
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client needs
- Support solution design, implementation planning, and handover to the delivery team
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, digital solutions, and industry trends relevant to supply chain, procurement, and business systems
- Maintain accurate records of client engagements and pre-sales activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution consulting is an advantage
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of technology solutions (e.g., software platforms, cloud solutions, ERP, data analytics, or digital tools)
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for clients
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
Preferred Skills
- Experience with solution demos, client pitching, or technical documentation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal tools
- Understanding of supply chain, procurement, training platforms, or enterprise solutions is a plus
