Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to assist in the oversight of on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in engineering principles and a keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. The Junior Site Engineer will work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising and managing on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Support senior engineers in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation, including updates on project status and any issues or concerns.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on construction methodologies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Assist in resolving on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • With at least 1 year experience in land development project. No experience need not to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to transfer in other project.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Place of Assignment: Willing to be assigned in Bulacan

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
