We are looking for an experienced Medical Biller with solid hands-on expertise in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our growing team in Cebu City. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about helping healthcare providers get paid accurately and on time, we'd love to have you onboard

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full billing cycle from charge entry to payment posting and follow-up
  • Submit claims accurately and handle denials, rejections, and appeals efficiently
  • Conduct eligibility verification and ensure correct coding for all procedures
  • Post EOBs/ERAs, process adjustments, and perform AR follow-ups
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based healthcare providers and insurance payers
  • Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end medical billing
  • Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
  • Proficient with billing platforms and clearinghouses (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Willing to work onsite in our Cebu office
