About the role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Staff in Taguig City Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and maintaining the organization's IT systems, including servers, networks, and security systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operation of IT services
  • Implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery procedures
  • Providing support and training to end-users on IT-related matters
  • Documenting IT processes and procedures to maintain consistent service delivery
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to IT infrastructure
  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in the field of IT infrastructure management
  • Managing laptops and other IT assets
  • Doing IT inventory

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure support and management
  • Proficient in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers, networks, and security systems
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and software
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, cloud computing, and backup/disaster recovery solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
