System Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our ICT infrastructure.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management, maintenance, and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Defender.
  • Support network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity.
  • Manage, support, and administer Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
  • Partner with the Security Engineer and Compliance Department to implement cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Teams calling features and Genesys Cloud Contact Centre.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
  • Offer expert-level technical support for complex ICT issues.
  • Assist to ensure ICT activities comply with PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 requirements.
  • Mentor junior ICT staff, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of ICT engineering experience.
  • Background in IT Helpdesk Support (or similar)
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Knowledge of Networking and Cybersecurity.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
