Job Scope:

  • EcoOil, FilOil Lubricants, Ecology Brands and Subsidiaries, TPC (Fuels & Lubricants)
  • Full time and Office based; Reports to FPC Libis Quezon City office and BGC Office

Regional Marketing Plan

  • Analyze all businesses assigned on performance, trends and opportunities to ensure market agility and develop a plan that is aligned to our group objectives

  • Plan and collaborate with all involved companies, functions and customers to ensure alignment and effective implementation of the regional marketing plan

  • Closely follow competitor activities to benchmark and use as input to the development of programs

Trade Marketing

Develop, consolidate and present the marketing plan of assigned brands to relevant approvers and stakeholders

  • Conceptualize and drive marketing programs that will secure the volumes, recruit/ retain customers that are aligned to the needs of each business or company

  • Lead the design and development of marketing program mechanics, operational execution, and performance analysis in alignment with business needs.

  • Monitor, measure and evaluate effectiveness of programs and deliver comprehensive post-program analysis and reports

  • Research market trends and relevant competitive information.

Marketing Operations

  • Ensure that all approved marketing programs are executed within budget

  • Coordinate and manage 3rd Party vendors (if any) to ensure smooth execution of projects

  • Consolidate all marketing requirements, execution, and performance analysis across assigned companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
