Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in the allocation of watches to retail locations for optimal stock levels and visual appeal


• Track inventory levels, analyze sales data, and assist in implementing pricing strategies.


• Assemble data and create reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and profitability. This includes analyzing best-selling items, slow movers, and competitor activity.


• Stay updated on watch trends, prepare merchandising reports required, and provide insights for decision-making.


• Communicate with sales associates and customers to ensure product knowledge and display execution, as directed.


• Provide general administrative support to merchandising manager.

Job Qualification:


• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Experience in Boutique, SM consignment, and other department stores is a plus


• Passion for watches and retail industry


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply


• Residing in Manila or willing to be assigned at Binondo Manila


• Immediate availability to start
