Cost Accounting Supervisor

Responsible for assessing business expenses such as project development costs and selling and administrative expenses, and preparing optimized budget plans for the company. Duties include reviewing financial records, researching the market rate for key business costs and adjusting the company ledger to accurately reflect balance sheets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • Preferably from one of these Accounting Firms: (SGV, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte Philippines)
  • At least 5 years related work experience preferably in real estate company, 2 years of which in a Supervisory position
  • Must have the ability to handle large amounts of data and compile detailed reports
  • With sound and independent judgment
  • Must be keen to details and flexible/adaptable
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills, and has leaderships potentials
  • Must have advanced computer skills and be experienced in using Microsoft Word and Excel
